Please be advised that in order to improve the installation and repair quality of Cooltrax systems and for warranty validity, we have reviewed all installation, service and warranty procedures.
Installation, Service and warranty bulletins outlining our
updated procedures will begin to be published and distributed on a regular
basis to demonstrate the expectation for acceptable installation and repair
requirements to ensure correct and reliable system operation - as well as
qualifying to honour the customer’s warranty period on all Cooltrax systems.
ThermoKing SL/SLX/SLXi
Series SR2 & SR3 - New Release Software
For optimum refrigeration unit reliability as well as having
enhanced functionality with the Cooltrax telematics system, it is highly
recommended the following software combinations are used on ThermoKing SR2
& SR3 SL/SLX/SLXi-Series trailer applications.
Note: Software versions previous to what is listed in the table below can still be used, but with reduced functionality and success rate with 2-way remote control commands.

Please be aware that after flashloading software onto a system component, some settings may return to their default state after having the new software loaded. It is therefore advised after loading any software update to any component – to go back into the guarded access menu and ensure the REMOTE DEVICE setting is ENABLED.
